A medical company’s new sensor needed to be kept in contact with the user’s skin in order to get accurate readings. They required a fabric band that could be worn all day.

Using AGORA’s flame lamination, we were able to create a lightweight material that was soft and comfortable on the skin. This meant securely laminating three layers together. The perforation was then added to make the fabric even more breathable. The end result is a comfortable material that doesn’t irritate the skin with prolonged wear.
