The Challenge
Due to exposure to harsh environments, a customer requested a custom IP-67 rated Operating Case for their mobile printer. This would essentially rate the product dust-proof and water-proof.
The Solution
Using a Stamoid material commonly used in the fabrication of outdoor awnings, we provided a solution that was as close to an IP-67 rating that a soft case can get. A waterproof concealed zipper allowed for a contoured custom fit around the device.
