We design and manufacture custom foam inserts and assemblies for tool cases, sales and display cases, backpacks, instrument cases, and protective carriers. Foam inserts are precision cut and shaped to securely hold products, enhance presentation, and protect against shock and vibration. Both foam components and outer cases can be custom fit to application requirements.

Dual Density Foam Constructions
In applications where a single foam type cannot meet all performance requirements, multiple foam layers can be laminated together to create a purpose built composite structure. Each foam layer performs a specific role within the assembly.
Typical Dual Foam Constructions
- A higher density foam for structure, impact absorption, or load distribution
- A lower density or open cell foam for comfort, breathability, or surface conformity
By laminating these layers together, the final assembly balances protection, comfort, and durability while maintaining consistent thickness and repeatable manufacturability.

CoolLAM™ is a breathable, multi-layer performance composite engineered for extended-wear medical and wearable device applications.
Its open-cell construction promotes active moisture transport, supporting skin integrity in prolonged-use scenarios. The 4-way stretch architecture delivers controlled elasticity with high recovery rates, maintaining dimensional stability under cyclic loading and repeated stress.

Custom Foam Inserts
AGORA designs and manufactures custom foam inserts using a range of materials selected for protection, durability, and presentation. In addition to polyurethane foams, we work with polyester foams and polyethylene foams such as EVA and Ethafoam®, depending on the application’s shock, abrasion, and environmental requirements.
These inserts are precision cut and shaped to securely hold products, enhance presentation in sales and display cases, and protect against shock and vibration during transport and daily use.
Foam inserts and outer carry cases can be custom fit to your product geometry, handling requirements, and production volume.
