Milling & Drilling Machines

Vertical, horizontal, and five-axis machining centers support high-precision milling and drilling for complex geometries. Automatic tool changers and multi-axis control enable both precision-focused and production-oriented workflows.

Electrical Discharge MAchining

Electrical Discharge Machining enables complex shapes and tight tolerances in hard metals. Wire EDM, ram EDM, and small-hole EDM are used for molds, tooling, and precision components that cannot be machined conventionally.

Aka Sophisticated Lathes

Advanced lathes and turning centers support high-accuracy rotational parts, with secondary operations such as milling and drilling performed in the same setup to improve efficiency and consistency.

Turn & Mill in a single operation

Hybrid turn/mill platforms combine rotating-workpiece and rotating-tool operations in a single system. These machines enable complex parts to be completed in fewer setups, reducing cycle time, improving accuracy, and supporting both round and non-round geometries.

Metalworking Finishing

Grinding delivers precise surface finishes and tight dimensional control. Capabilities include cylindrical, centerless, surface, and form grinding for hardened or high-precision components.

Computer-Aided Manufacturing

Our machining operations are supported by advanced CAD and CAM software to generate accurate, efficient CNC programs for milling, turning, and EDM processes. Feature-based and geometry-based CAM systems enable both complex toolpaths and automated production programming.

Modern CNC controls, sensors, and probing systems allow for real-time measurement, monitoring, and process reliability, supporting unattended or lightly attended machining when appropriate.
