Having a portable device to do testing at home is great, but our customer needed to make sure the device and all its parts got from hospital to home, and back again, in one piece.

A customer needed a solution that would allow them to use the Trilogy 100 Ventilator in a carry bag. They wanted the bag to have easy access to controls and display. Heat being able to dissipate outside the bag was also required, as excess heat would stop the device from working.

A customer needed a protective, waterproof case to be designed for their new Class-A Medical Critical Controller. Patients cannot disconnect from the device while showering, so a solution was needed that aids with the transportation and protection of the device in moist environments.

Sleep apnea is a disorder that occurs when a patient’s breathing is disrupted during sleep. As a result, a breathing machine is used overnight to assist with breathing. A mask is secured to the face using fabric headgear. At times, this headgear can be cumbersome and uncomfortable. The quality of sleep can be negatively affected by irritating headgear.
