Kydex
Kydex is a waterproof, scratch resistant, dimensionally stable (does not stretch or shrink under normal conditions), lower friction material. It’s an acrylic-polyvinyl chloride composite engineered for thermoforming fabrication and combines properties of both the acrylic and the polyvinyl chloride components. Agora manufactures a variety of Kydex holsters with RAM Mount attachments to house mobile computers, portable data-acquisition devices, etc..
