Our company, AGORA Edge, does have an excellent company culture – positive attitude, co-operative team, mutual respect, shared goals and sharing of ideas.
However, this is not enough!
We need yet more customer focus, to better serve our customers.
Internally, we need more collaboration within each team and between various teams.
Company Culture is not stagnant. It is dynamic with a mix of old and new employees. You need to always have a pulse on your culture at all times. As the company grows, you need more people sold on keeping the culture alive. They are the ones who keep good culture thriving.
Our culture is the heart of our company.
